Worst professional customer service I've encountered at a pawn shop. The owner will give you a price. Have you travel and get the item, then proceed to tell you no. He won't buy it. His pawn selection is basically a 1995 consignment shop. Anything worth something he will refuse to purchase or offensively lowball you. His money is made primarily on uhaul rentals and tanning packages. He has no intention of keeping a professional or welcoming business. All his concerns are the money he makes from uhaul, gun purchases( he extremely low balls) & tanning packages. As far as a community pawn shop for the community & helping the residents. His concern is solely on financial gain. He represented his business extremely poorly as he approached my vehicle yelling slurs bc I did not agree with being told a price. Providing the item and then being told no. That's not professional and its not a business that positively has EVER represented Blountsville.

Fix your hours or just close the place down man. I came Sunday and he wasn’t open despite google and sign saying he was. Came again today and same thing. Can’t run a business if you aren’t there to have it open. I called both numbers you had on the building, never got answered there either.
