Used Scan and Go to save time at check out. The 2 dedicated Scan and Go self-check outs were in use buy customers not using Scan and Go app. As a W+ member I am having second thoughts about the $99 a year price. The regular registers had little or no line but the self serv register has a line. Hard to understand why customers use the self-check out if a live employee check out has no line. Asked one cashier if I could scan the Scan and Go bar code to check out, told I had to stand in line at the self-check out. Had issues with he carts for the pick up service cluttering the isle. Some items were out or I could not find. Usually like this store, not this day. Other stores about the same driving distance are usually worse. Had my Scan and Go purchase check twice by Walmart employees.

I absolutely love using my local delivery when I can’t get out because of suffering from migraines. It’s a life saver! They are always friendly and it’s so convenient!
