My husband and I experienced the best customer service from an employee at the bakery named Sharon Gatrey. Thank you for taking the time to decorate my husband cake at the last minute. We are so great for you making his day extra special!

I experienced wonderful customer service in the Electronics area early December while Christmas shopping for my grandson. The young man who I talked with was Zero, I believe was his name tag. I am a bit technology challenged, and he was patient, polite, and explained things to me, showed me where to look and browse, and was just a great guy. During the same visit, while browsing other departments, I encountered other employees just staring at their phones, one was arguing with another, and not being very attentive to customers. This young man Zero was busy taking care of other customers, while still asking me if I found what I needed. I recently went back to this store to grab another electronic item, and unfortunately he was not there. In fact, there was NO ONE in the electronics department to help me. I asked another employee I saw walking around, and he said 'not my department'. I certainly hope this young man Zero is still working there, as he was a great asset to this store. If I go back and he is not there, I may have to go to the Fairhope Walmart and shop their electronics area. The only reason I gave this review 4 stars was for the young man Zero - otherwise, I would have given this 1 star for the other employees I encountered. Please keep the good employees, such as Zero, and get rid of the rude ones!
