You can and you can buy a handgun but you have to have it shipped to a Tennessee dealer and he does the background and all the paperwork to much hassle they will charge $25 or more best just buy in tn

Yes I believe u can buy a rifle in Alabama bc a rifle is not considered a concealed weapon but it will have to be registered in ur name.
