I had such a wonderful experience today at the Jasper Walmart, and I truly hope this reaches the right people because the associate who helped me deserves recognition. Cassie, one of the Team Leads, went absolutely above and beyond to help me while I was trying to figure out makeup and feeling completely overwhelmed. I honestly felt like a deer in headlights, but she was so patient, kind, and understanding the entire time. She didn’t rush me or make me feel silly for not knowing what I was doing. Instead, she took her time, explained things clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with what I was choosing. Customer service like that is rare. Cassie didn’t just point me to products, she genuinely helped me! Her kindness turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a really positive experience. Walmart is lucky to have her as a Team Lead. She made a real difference for me today, and I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Wal-Mart, it is somewhere you almost have to go to, but i still loathe going there. Prices are mostly great, some not, but they have a huge advantage over other businesses. They buy in very large quantities and can sell at.lower prices. So there is very little competition for.them. Nuff said..
