Walmart Supercenter OXFORD - Hours, Reviews & Deals

The Oxford Walmart store is probably the worse store I have ever shopped at. I assume its the fault of corporate and the store managers due to low staff, moral, retention, etc.... They never have any actual cashiers on duty. They force everyone to use self checkout and at times, only have one side of the self checkouts open. People with carts slap full of merchandise are forced to check themselves out on the small self checkouts without the conveyor belt checkouts to place items on and allow you to have some room for merchandise. At 830am this morning, only one side of the self checkouts were open and there was a loooong line of people (approx 20 families) waiting to check out. You can visibally see and hear people getting frustrated while waiting in line everytime you go there.. the entire experience is frustrating and stressful. I dont understand why Walmart spends all that money on registers and checkout stations if they are never being used. The last 3 or 4 times we used the online pickup service at the Oxford location, our order was not ready at the scheduled pickup appointment time and have been from 1 to a couple of hours late. The Anniston Walmart is a much better store. I havent had much issues there. The store is cleaner, more organized, seems to be better staffed, the self checkouts are better and they have a few cashiers available as well.

The Worst Walmart I’ve Ever Been To… I’ve Been At This Location Since 2:00pm Trying To Get My Oil Changed And It’s Now 4:43pm And My Car Has Yet To Be Taken Into A Bay… And There’s No Car In Front Of Mine… The Workers Are Lazy As Hell And Don’t Wanna Do Anything… CORPORATE NUMBER ME PLEASEEEEE! It Shouldn’t Take All Day To Change Oil….
