I visited Family Pawn's Alabaster location today and I was simply amazed at the variety of firearms, jewelry and lawn equipment. I got a great deal on an AR-15 style pistol and a Ryobi 40V Battery Powered Lawnmower. Salesperson Justin was very courteous, competent and professional. Justin assisted me with information I needed to finalize my purchases. Salute to Justin!!! I had a great day at Family Pawn
The staff here is amazing. Incredible. Could not ask for anything more. The reason for the three stars is that the FFL transfer fee went up 60% at the first of the year from $25 to $40 making firearm transfers ridiculously expensive. Most competitors in the area are $30 and I found one that is $10. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.
