Yes, but it's very hit and miss. There is several good restaurants all around the store. Several steakhouses, hot wign places, Olive garden, all the popular chains.

There is. Just a heads up, I got for poisoning here and was hospitalized. Missed a major surgery for my parent, my hospital stay over eating here was 3 days then bedrest. Just be careful.

I see a lot of replies as service dogs only, but I have seen individuals with who had dogs that were not Service Dogs and nothing was said. From what I see the answer is well behaved. If the policy is "Service Dogs", they don't seem to enforce it if they are controlled properly. As with most things - just be considerate.
