Half of the staff of this store needs to be fired! I could not believe how many were standing around and talking on their phones or just chit chatting instead of doing their jobs or helping customers! Ridiculous!

I ordered a birthday cake a month in advance, the morning before I received a notification that my cake was cancelled. When I called the bakery I was told they have not had the kit for 2 months and that the bakery only has one decorator who was completely overbooked and they could not complete the order. The decorator explained the situation, as she is understaffed I understood, but the bakery had plenty of time to order the kit needed. I then ask to speak to the store manager, after calling several times. He gets on the phone, I am explaining the situation, at which point he lies and says the “printer is broken” ( the cake doesn’t require a print) I try to explain to him that there is no printing needed. Then the manager Steven Bryan hangs up on me. I call back and he refuses to accept the call. At which point I show up at the location, because no other location can have the order filled in time and as a paying customer who also works with the pubic, I am disgusted by his conduct. The associate then calls him and tells him I am there ( I have been nothing but polite this whole time) and he lies again and says he has a “conference call” in a few minutes and can’t help me. Thankfully the associate, Gymaica, took control and had to handle a mess that wasn’t hers to deal with. The manager left her in a situation and offered no help, and left a customer in a dissatisfactory position. She was able to find a replacement and fix the situation, she saved the day. I can not say enough how grateful I am for her and the professionalism she shown. It is a disappointment when a store manager, who makes twice her salary, has such poor people and employee skills. I have shopped here for years, but as long as he is managing this location they will no longer have my business. I would appreciate a conversation with the store owners.
