Walmart Supercenter SYLACAUGA - Hours, Reviews & Deals

This store has become very unorganized in the past 3 years and it really finds it downfall in its clothing department. I don't see how any average or big and tall sized person in this town finds clothes when none of the stores in sylacauga have bigger sizes than 42 in pants. Order some better selections of sizes and put them on the actual shelves. Some people need a new pair of outfits last minute and do not have the timeframe to wait for a warehouse to mail them out. This is sad.

My wife and I came in to do a complicated return close to the time the customer service desk was closing and was greeted by Anita who had a very welcoming vibe to her and a big smile on her face. She very patiently, thoroughly and kindly walked us through what we would need to do to return our item correctly. She had excellent customer service skills and didn’t make us feel rushed or inconvenienced at all. Walmart should be proud to have an employee like Anita representing their store and customer service desk. Way to go Anita!
