I purchased an item from 
sportsmens warehouse on the 30th of December. It was advertised to arrive on or about the 1st of January 2021 via UPS. It says it has been shipped yet there is no record of the item being picked when I view the UPS tracking

You must contact UPS. If you have a tracking number that would be huge help. My order for X-gifts from FED EX, Finally arrived on Dec. 28th😔. I was not happy. But I was informed through the postal service that all deliveries would be late. Contact UPS.
