Hi, I am a combat veteran with severe combat PTSD. I needed noise canceling headphones and Valerie here at the USA Pawn and Jewelry was so helpful. Not only did she get me what I needed, she lowered the price for me. She also installs all the software also on find mine so I will not lose them. She is amazing. I will always come here and I recommend this place for the entire city even out-of-towners come on in.

This pawn shop is usually pretty good but here over the past few months the guy Lee who works there behind the counter is extremely rude and is so disrespectful. He has no customer service skills. He curses and speaks so ugly about other customers. He is lazy and treats his co-workers so disrespectful and speaks like this in front of the customers. The young lady Catlynne is extremely pleasant and so helpful and has amazing customer service skills.. The others are decent but could learn from that young lady.. But as far as shopping there I no longer do because of Lee and his disrespectful manners.
