Took my 13 year old son in to look at soccer cleats. The sales rep didn't just show us the aisle where they were but (without us asking) went to the back to find more possible types for us to try on, sized up a half size if necessary. They did end up providing something for us that they found in the back that we wanted the most, which had not been on the shelves for us to find ourselves. (He wanted white b/c his feet get hot in black.) While we were trying the styles on, other reps came and were super friendly, speaking to us about their family and experiences. Then, the checkout process was very smooth, with them honoring my digital coupon as well. When we walked out, my son turned to me to ask if there was such a thing as a review for them because HE was majorly impressed with the whole experience! FIVE STARS
