am a paying Meta Verified customer who lost access to my Facebook account/page and repeatedly contacted Meta Support for assistance. I followed the recovery instructions provided, but the issue remained unresolved. During the support process, Meta acknowledged in writing that they were experiencing “technical issues here on our end” and moved the conversation to email. Despite continued attempts to get assistance, I was later directed back to the automated Facebook hacked-account recovery process and informed that the support ticket would be closed. My concern is not simply that my account is inaccessible. I pay for Meta Verified, which includes access to enhanced support, yet after multiple attempts I still have not received a workable resolution or regained access. I have retained the emails, screenshots, support communications, and records of my attempts to resolve this issue. I am requesting that Meta have an appropriate account-recovery specialist review the case rather than repeatedly directing me back through an automated process that has not resolved the problem.
