Not sure what the "Charleston loophole" is. I am assuming you mean if we don't get a response on your delayed background check how it works? We must give them 3 additions business day not counting the day we called in your form or holidays, to continue their research on the background check. If after the allotted time we have not received a response then we may proceed with the transaction.
