Atwoods accused me of stealing the moment I walked into the store. I picked up a stale bag of popcorn and bought candy from the shelf that clearly said five cents. Instead of treating me like a paying customer, they treated me like a criminal. They held me hostage inside the store, took the candy I had already purchased, and robbed me of what I paid for. I never even made it out of the store. During this so‑called “investigation,” I ended up with my front tooth knocked out. Then I was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and fleeing on foot — even though I never left the building. The only thing they didn’t charge me with was the very thing they accused me of: stealing. This store’s behavior is dangerous, unprofessional, and abusive. They should be shut down and investigated immediately. Do they care? No. Not about customers, not about safety, not about the truth. And that's the whole tooth Juana Sagy

I normally love shopping here, but not so much today. Usually we spend a few hours shopping around, but my goodness I we were literally melting in your store. Twenty minutes and we were done. I seen you guys were hiring, but I cant imagine how your current employees were surviving. Please, PLEASE turn on the air. 🥵 I wanted to shop longer, but just couldn't do it.
