Great place to shop with the exception of the employees that go around picking orders for delivery and pickup. Some of them are very rude and getting your way. They will park there carts in the middle of the aisles and walk off while looking for other things blocking you from getting to the things that you're looking for. Walmart really needs to come up with a better way of dealing with this, especially when the store is busy. This is not isolated to just this Walmart. They're all the same. The busier the store, the worse it is.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Walmart. After finishing my shopping, I loaded my groceries, returned my cart, and got back into my vehicle. There was nothing behind me—no cars, no carts, no employees. I checked all mirrors, my rearview, and even my backup camera before backing out. The moment I began to reverse, I heard a loud crunch. When I got out to see what happened, I discovered I had backed into one of Walmart’s autonomous cart-pushing machines that had been left completely unattended in the middle of the driving lane. The associate responsible for it was far away at another cart corral, nowhere near the machine and not monitoring it. I filed a formal complaint with Walmart, providing the full details, and they dismissed my claim almost immediately. No accountability, no concern for customer safety, and no investigation into how their equipment was left in a spot where any customer could have hit it. Walmart needs to do better. Leaving robotic equipment unattended in active parking lanes is unsafe, and dismissing customer concerns without proper review is unacceptable.
