They do. Just took mine today. I paid $135 for a basic AND enhanced combo class with Ron. Basically 8-5. Live fire testing requires you bring/purchase 50 rounds of ammo as well.

If you're looking to shoot your black powder rifle somewhere open to the general public near Rogers I suggest Hobbs State Park Shooting Range. My daughter shoots her Traditions muzzleloader there.

No indoor range I've ever seen will allow black powder. Extreme fire hazard.
