Absolutely great experience working with Brian! He runs a small gun store with a personal touch that you just don’t get at the big chain shops. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely kind and decent guy to deal with. Best in the Bay Area! Very easy to talk to with absolutely no ego or pressure to purchase. Found Brian's shop after basically being shoo'd away from another shop if I wasn't purchasing a firearm. Made an appointment with Brian and he basically went through an assortment of handguns and helped answer many of my questions. It was my first firearm purchase and he understood that and addressed all my concerns. No ego, no condescending tone, no know it all remarks. Just a guy making sure my purchase experience was not intimidating and instead a comfortable personalized experience. Definitely my goto firearms shop.
