Generally speaking, good goto for ammo and other outdoor products. Have had less than positive interactions with firearms staff. Individual was rude and acted like she was too busy to answer questions. I walked on a gun purchase and paid $100+ more because my principles just wouldn't let me reward their service with my business.

If I could separate the ratings, I’d give 5 stars to the security team and cashiers, but the gun/firearm counter deserves this 1 star. The service there is terrible. The staff have bad attitudes and completely disregard who arrived first. When I asked for help, I was told to scan the QR code and wait in the digital line. After following instructions, I watched them help someone who arrived after me for a firearm pickup. That was actually the second person to skip the line, as right before I scanned the code, they also helped someone else get ammo. So, two people were prioritized over me while I followed their rules. Even when the queue was empty, the staff ignored me to chat with each other. I understand needing a break, but there was no acknowledgment, no "be right with you", and zero customer care. When they finally checked the waitlist (for the first time after I had been waiting for 30 min), he called 3 names who didn't respond before and finally called mine (likely these 3 names was because they we're not using the waitlist... right? just because I asked I was told to use it...). It’s frustrating to see the same/similar issues mentioned in other reviews. I deeply regret buying my firearm here instead of supporting a local dealer. I definitely won't be buying anything from Sportsman's Warehouse again and will do business with my previous local dealer!
