First off im going to start by saying I'm not a lawyer. It seems like the state of Colorado has a POWPO law which means you can't own a fire arm of any kind. I would contact your lawyer before buying any kind of weapon. You may even have restrictions on knives.

Do you Transfer and ship 3rd party guns to other states and individuals?

I am trying to ship my 1903 3006 from me to my son inlaw in north caralina.

Yes, that is a service that we offer. However all shipping is done by appointment only, so if you would like to set up a shipping appointment please call during our business hours 10:30 to 6:30 Tuesday through Saturday and ask to speak with one of the young ladies up front to get you scheduled for a shipping appointment. They will be able to explain the remaining process to you when you are on the phone.

How do I get 5.13% tax rate as mentioned on your website? Do I need to come in-store and pay cash for it? Because when I check out online, they would tax me at a regular rate.

If you come into the store and pre order... online it's still the 5.13% sales tax, but you don't get the 3% cash discounted pricing when you purchase online because you pay with a credit card.

They sell the ar-15 repair kits for magazines, but not fully built mags.  They have 15, 20, and 30 round magazine repair kits.

i just sold a gun to a friend in NM, how do i go about getting the proper paperwork to get this done

You may want to call Springs Armory and ask. This question system goes to customers/Google Maps users, not the store.

But I don't think you need any paperwork on this end. You'll need to ship it via UPS, but not through a "UPS Store" it needs to be a hub or whatever they call it. And it has to ship to an FFL/Dealer in NM for your friend to receive it. They may have to fill out a background check, form 4473 at the FFL.

In fact, probably best to call the friends FFL to ask how and where to ship.

They do have an option like that. Im not 100% sure on details but they take a certain percentage up front and then however many days to pay it off.

Question 8

Do you do firearms transfers? I have had some forearms stored at my parents home in Fountain and want to ship my Rugar Pistol to a FFL dealer in Virginia where I now live. If so, approx. what would the shipping and transfer fee be at your end?

Marvin, you do not need to ship firearms from an FFL, but you do need to ship TO an FFL. USPS will not ship firearms, but you can ship through other delivery companies. Check FedEx and UPS websites for details on how to ship a firearm.
