Despite arriving approximately 20-30 minutes before posted closing, after driving over an hour to make a large purchase. We were told the registers were already shut down and that the sale would not processed. No notice was posted indicating that registers would be closed prior to official closing time. This situation was both inconvenient and frustrating.

The prices at the Montrose store are not marked correctly. Clothing clerk not interested in fixing the non clearance items in the clearance section. Says they don’t have enough people. Not the usual Murdoch team behavior. D-
