Walmart Supercenter PAGOSA SPRINGS - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Regarding the Walmart in Pagosa Springs: The staff are super nice. The management team seem to really care about its staff, which reflects in the way staff treat customers. I value customer care above all when rating my impression of a place. Even if mistakes are made, they react with a caring attitude and accountability, which makes me feel better. Shopping can sometimes be a stressful experience, and while we should all take care to consider how our stress affects our behavior, it helps to encounter patience, understanding, helpfulness, and accountability in staff, because things go wrong sometimes. This can snowball effect if it’s handled incorrectly, so I always evaluate the way that people handle errors or react to others’ stress. I have observed that the staff in this Walmart are consistently kind, courteous problem-solvers even in a fast-paced environment. I wouldn’t comment on this if it weren’t important to me, but it’s something for management to be proud of. I feel like this is a general attitude across all of the employees there, which indicates good management practices. Thanks to all of you who have worked hard to be kind and helpful. It’s sometimes a difficult day when someone needs to make a trip to the store … :)

Will not refund for food items that are sold outdated and/or inedible. As a local I will not be stepping foot into this location again. $3 is all it would have taken to make things right and keep a loyal customer. Make sure you check the dates on everything, and if it's marked down Bakery items they need to be thrown out instead of stealing our money for items that are hard as a rock.
