Pretty much the worst shopping experience on Crater Lake Drive at this point. Only reason to waste money at this place anymore is because of the nationwide sales that come up now and again. I don’t think the general floor staff could be any more unhelpful, incompetent, or offensive even if they tried. For a business, I’ve never seen a group of people more obstructive to me spending my own money than this merry band of mouth-breathers. Managed to turn a painless 5-minute transaction into a twenty-minute series of accusations and BS because of they decided to conjure up store policy out of thin air. I could’ve let all this slide if there wasn’t someone behind the counter who seemed to ENJOY getting his little jabs in and making the situation more hostile. Would’ve saved a ton of time and headache by just doing an online order (or going anywhere else, to be honest). There was one guy on staff who was reasonable enough to let the deal go through, but I don’t really care to give this franchise location any more business. I’m a cardholder and have spent too much money here to be treated poorly while buying items from the store. Hiram location isn’t too far from this one and carries all the same sales. Hoping this one turns around sometime soon. EDIT: Owner seems more interested in fielding online responses than actually training their staff. Probably indicative of why this location is failing.

Fun store with a wide variety of product. I would give it 5 stars if the staff had any personality. Within two visits in one week exactly one very friendly girl asked if we needed help. Otherwise the counter staff could not crack a smile and appeared to be bothered to be ringing us up.
