On 11/29/25 we called to inquire about the inventory for the The Savage Axis XP .308 Win Bolt-Action Rifle we produced the SKU number as well. We held on the phone for over 30 min. FInally the lady that answers the customer service number asked the manager to assist. We explained they were showing 2 online but we knew from the Albany store if they were in back ground they couldn't be sold we needed to ensure the gun was available to purchase. Placed back on hold 5 to 10 minutes and we were told they had "plenty" I questioned that b/c again only 2 online and they said they had plenty... before all this started I told them we would be making a 2.5 trip and just needed to be sure.... so with "plenty" we headed out. Once we arrived.... we were told none ALL SOLD OUT and had been. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cant imagine this is what corporate expects of their staff. Regrettably I did not get either of there names but we called about 4 PM.

Absolutely worse service at the gun counter today. 2 guys working there, no line and I asked for help from either one. I was completely ignored but, when a friend walked up to chat they were ready and just stood there talking. I waited a few minutes and they just continued so I found manager, told him what was going on. He wasn't too concerned either so I said, we're heading over to T3 Outdoors, and we did. We had a great experience over there.
