Walmart Supercenter WAYNESBORO - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Walmart Store #2754 Waynesboro GA.Curbside pickup is merely a suggestion here. I ordered for a 7-8pm pickup. Arrive in the parking lot @ 7pm, then receive a message that my order is delayed and would be ready at 7:22pm. I call at 7:18pm to notify them that I had arrived and check in, and the clerk told me that it would be ready at 7:30 pm. After receiving my confirmation passcode that my order was ready at 7:45 pm, I call back at 8:05 and was first told that I was at the wrong store, then was told that my order was for the next day. At this point, I told them where to put my order, and called Walmart Customer Service to cancel my order, and refund my account. I will now transfer all of my prescriptions to another Walmart, elsewhere. My second issue is with the fact that Walmart+ advertises free delivery , however I cannot get items from this store delivered to my address, 28 miles away. When I call Walmart.com, I’m told that I will have to contact the store manager, which brings me to my 3rd and final issue with this store. The fact that when you call the store Operator, it rings until the recording comes on to end the call. The only thing good that I’ve experienced about this store is the Pharmacy!

Picked up a prescription here, and while the staff was friendly, the wait time was longer than I expected. They offer good service, but I feel like they could improve efficiency for regular customers who just want to pick up their items quickly.
