I am very disappointed in Sportsmans. David in fishing has no customer support. Sportsmans customer service has gone completely down hill. I am done with Sportsmans. Been a lifelong customer my entire life but will be exclusively cabelas and scheels from now on. If your employees promise something to a customer to get a sale. You should honor that promise. Not say very arrogantly “well it’s on our website you should have looked on the website”. If there is a no return on the product it should be put on the receipt like every other organization that prints that the item is not returnable under the item.

Went in and saw a bunch of employees just standing around—no one greeted me. I went to the gun counter to check out something I’ve been thinking about buying, and the two guys behind the counter ignored me even though I was the only customer there. I ended up leaving and heading to Scheels instead. Maybe I’m just old school, but if a store employee isn’t doing much, greeting a customer and being helpful feels like the bare minimum. Either Sportsman’s isn’t paying their employees enough to care, or times are changing…
