I went there on Thursday to check out the M&P Shield Plus and was helped by Matthew. I went back on Sunday (72 hours later) to pick it up, and both Dina and Matthew assisted me. The transaction was very smooth. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I'd recommend this place.

A sales associate, Mr. Jamari, offered us a discount extended to returning RangeUsa customers, specifically members. Following several attempts to apply this promised 10% discount, which he attributed to a point-of-sale system malfunction, he assured us that the discount would be fulfilled through complimentary ammunition. Upon our return three days later to collect these items, the sales associate on duty, Mr. Robert, was unfamiliar with the arrangement. After a delay exceeding 15 minutes, Mr. Robert contacted Mr. Jamari, who was then informed that his actions were contrary to RangeUsa policy. I am documenting this experience to advise future patrons to meticulously review all transaction details and secure written confirmation for all agreements.
