I attended the Illinois State Police, Conceal carry Firearm Training Certificate, at range YSA Shorewood. The instructor Annette E. Ignoffo, is and excellent teacher. She is excellent, knowledgeable, wise and have a clear voice instructions. I was nervous but she help me to be calm and her instructions were clear. She tells and show her instructions. She is real good people's person. I thank Annette and wish she be able to train many more people. Wishing Annette and all staff happy holidays Thank you

Today I came in on a mission. To sell my firearm and get something that I had been looking into for some years. I already knew what I wanted but I still had questions about the process and how a potential transfer might work. Matt B assisted me in this process today and let me say, it was nothing short of wonderful. He was very informative, friendly and personable. Going to the gun store is always a fun experience, but it’s even better when the staff know what they are talking about and are respectful when giving advice and feedback. I am thankful for all the staff over at Range USA, but I wanted to give a special shoutout to Matt B for all the help and great energy he gave me today! Be blessed!
