18 to buy long guns with a waiting period, 21 to buy handguns and long guns without a waiting period. Also pretty sure age rules apply with corresponding ammo.

The range is open to anyone. But there is a range fee and you have to pay for range time.

Can you fire shotgun at the indoor range

Yes, but slugs only. No bird or buckshot.
