From an early age, he was taught the importance of gun maintenance and safety. Dyan brings administration, and talents in creativity and design advice. She was instilled with the importance of gun ownership and awarenss for women. These values influenced their work and ethical standards for how they operate Doe Run today. Living in an area rich in hunting and shooting sports, they recognized a local need for gun coating customization and restorations, and decided to put their talents and hobby to work.
