Logan at Jacobson’s Gun Center had poor communication throughout my inquiry, with slow and delayed responses. The bigger issue was blatant overpricing and dishonest behavior when called out. The item we discussed was available brand new from the manufacturer for $499.99 with free shipping, yet Jacobson’s attempted to sell the same item used for $650 plus shipping and fees. When I pointed out this massive price difference and provided proof, it wasn’t addressed honestly or explained at all. Instead, communication stopped and I was blocked. Ignoring facts and cutting off customers rather than being transparent is not how an honest business operates. Trying to sell used inventory for well above new retail and then misrepresenting the situation when questioned is a huge red flag. Buyers should shop around, compare prices carefully, and consider supporting businesses that don’t rely on overpricing and dishonesty when customers do their homework.
