Walmart Supercenter LEAVENWORTH - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Great experience. Employees are always helpful and store always organized and clean. Want to give special recognition to a young lady 'Emil' who was working in the toy department the day prior to Valentine's Day. I was searching for a puzzle with ducks, but could not find any. Emil asked if she could help with anything. I had mentioned was looking for a duck puzzle. I had kept looking down other aisles to see if I could find anything associated with ducks. After about five minutes, Emil approached me with a puzzle featuring ducklings. I was amazed this young lady searched for the puzzle and hunted me down. Emil represents what superior customer service stands for and I also give kudos to Management for their training. Will make it a point to shop this Leavenworth Walmart store as my primary.

I normally do not give any large super centers retailers 4 stars, today we went in to purchase odds and ends we needed during our move here. I first interacted with Martha in Electronics Department, she was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but was just a delight to speak with! The second SA we interacted with was Kelly in the Automotive Department. She too was very knowledgeable and helpful, with just the best personality to deal with. I hope the Upper Management sees this review as I have many, many years in Luxury Retail and was very impressed with these two SA’s. I hope Walmart realizes how blessed they are to have these two professionals on their team, as I saw several SA’s mulling around avoiding work. Note: this particular location was very neat and organized unlike many Walmarts that always messy.
