Walton's WICHITA - Hours, Reviews & Deals

I recently ordered a dehydrator from Walton’s and was very disappointed with the product and overall experience. While the unit is advertised as stainless steel, the build quality is very cheap and flimsy. Unfortunately, the dehydrator also arrived damaged — the tray rack was broken and the door clasp was not intact upon delivery. The packaging was another concern. The dehydrator was shipped in a thin, low-quality box that was already damaged when it arrived, which likely contributed to the condition of the unit inside. For an appliance of this size, cost and purpose, much more robust packaging should be expected. One additional concern is transparency around reviews on their products. I noticed that Walton’s website does not appear to display any negative reviews for this product. I submitted a review myself but it is not showing at all. After receiving the item myself, I now understand why there may be no reviews shown for this item — and it raises questions about whether critical feedback is being filtered out rather than shared openly with customers. I’ve purchased meat-processing equipment from a variety of suppliers over the years, and this product does not meet the standard I would expect from Walton’s. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dehydrator.

Do not order from them. Its been well over 7 days since I ordered hi temp cheese and paid a extra 23$ for 7 day shipping. When contacted, im told that was a estimated time. Yet I ordered it on a Fri and it never sent until a Tuesday, now Still nothing..... went to Amazon and ordered bearded..... butchers cheese, 3 day shipping and no extra cost. Ordered last Tues was at my door Friday... highly recommend them over waltons.......um i see you say it was delivered on friday and it made a a 3 day shipment? Not sure what your looking at but i dont live in washington state, also it was placed on Friday so maybe you should check your computers ??? I still have not received any of that order... thanks. At this point you can refund it...also...check.my emails in the pic 10/17!! Order was placed
