Powder Valley Outdoors has grown from a two man, 4,000 sq ft warehouse operation to now employing nearly 20 employees in a 20,000 sq ft warehouse. Be very careful buying from these guys. They are drop shipping everything from a 3rd party and wont accept returns. I felt bad for them, after their fire, and ordered bullets to try to help them out, when I usually order from Midway... Order took a while to get here, box was barely held together, and I accidently ordered 5.45 bullets instead of 5.56 bullets and now I have 500 60gr paper weights. Hopefully they recover soon. I had a $100 lesson in reading more carefully.
We have been buying stuff from Powder Valley for years without any issues. BUT man talk about customer service!! We placed a order the night of the fire. Didn’t think it went through/computers down. Next day heard about the fire. A few days later get an email out order was shipped. Shipped from another company. Then they called to collect pmt. Yes, with all the craziness going on they took care of their customers!!
