9 months agoWalk in and see a sign with a arrow that says pick ups and points toward the back of the store and then I go around to the cashiers because I don’t see anymore signs and then I’m waiting by the desk for pickups while the associate was on the phone with another customer but not once did anyone say I’ll be with you in a moment or sorry for your wait or anything… Need better signage and customer service training.

7 years agoAnswer: Too many high school aged kids working there. I dont even think they are even taught how to do their job. The best thing to do is just go and find the answers yourself.
7 years agoAnswer: The employees here tend to be a bit on the avoidance side when it comes to answering customer questions. There.should be no excuse in letting the telephone ring off the hook. I have experienced the same problem at this very store.
