The Last Round is a fully-equipped boxing, martial arts, and fitness facility. We provide our members with top quality boxing, kickboxing, strength & conditioning, and HIIT classes, as well as one on one personal training. Our programs are designed to teach and guide everyone from beginners to professional fighters. The program focuses on skill training, self discipline and endurance conditioning. We are experienced and knowledgeable trainers that provide a safe place to learn and train, as well as give positive feedback and motivation to help guide our members to achieve their goals and ultimately become the best versions of themselves they can.
