I went to go return a tv because when I opened the box it was broke, I go to the return desk and (I’ve been doing customer service for 10+ years) she didn’t say hi or how are you or how can I help. She said what do you want and I barely finished explaining that I needed to return the tv and she was like you have a receipt which it was my fault I didn’t but I was like can’t you scan the imei number I mean you have to keep track of them for the tvs you sale. Again didn’t let me finish my sentence, all she heard was no receipt, can’t help you, goodbye. I said no I don’t want a refund I want an exchange and she said they don’t do exchanges. Even if that was true, piss poor customer service.

This is a nice store to shop at. Most of the time I find everything I need. When I need help the employees are friendly and helpful. One thing I would like to see change and that is the employees parking at the end of the rows that is close to the entrance and then being gone 8-10 hours.
