About Apocalypse Sports
Apocalypse Sports was founded by Josh Burns, a 22-year Army veteran who has completed multiple deployments to the Middle East and Central America. The company began in 2012 when Josh started helping friends with their firearms as a hobby out of his house. This passion led him to transform an old 2,000-square-foot lumber business building into Apocalypse Sports’ first brick-and-mortar location, which opened in 2017. Unexpectedly, the business experienced rapid growth and success, supported by a loyal customer base. By 2024, Apocalypse Sports completed construction on a new 22,000-square-foot facility that includes retail space, warehousing, and an indoor shooting range.
