I came to the Aberdeen store because the pickup option was down today. I get it things happen, so I asked the team lead in electronics to help me with the issue and if they can honor Walmart online price and they said they couldn’t. I asked to speak with a manager and the lady said she was the manager. She faulted the pickup being down. Why not help, if you can. They were so quick to say no, the customer service sucked today. I hope they’re retrained and do better. I even went to the customer service counter. Customer service can make or break an experience. I work in customer service and I know the rules if you can help you do and don’t make someone feel brushed off.
I haven't been in this store in awhile, Love Alice Love the renovation.and your clothing section has improved 100 percent. It was peaceful shopping in there today... Even though I picked up other items and did not get one thing on my list I went there for. 😄
