had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this store. I purchased a firearm that turned out to be tampered with — it was set up so it would only fire with a magazine inserted and wouldn’t dry fire without one. When I went back to address the issue, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me understand the problem, they talked down to me, acted like I didn’t know anything, and made several comments about it being my “first time buying a gun,” which made the whole situation even more uncomfortable. On top of that, they did not provide a trigger lock as required and handed me my firearm in a black plastic bag, which felt completely inappropriate and not up to standard. He also switch out my mag from extended mag to pinky which is not what i purchased and will get back today if not willing write a review as wells so you can see for yourself to never come here ! Between the attitude, the lack of professionalism, and the mishandling of the sale, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I expected a responsible and knowledgeable gun shop, but this place failed on every level. I won’t be returning and do not recommend them. @Culverine fire arms Thank you for the response. After the sale, it was replaced with a pinky magazine. If magazines are “never swapped,” then this discrepancy still has not been explained. Regarding sending the firearm back to the manufacturer, that option was not clearly offered at the time I returned to the store. Instead, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude when asking about a modification that was never disclosed to me prior to purchase — specifically, that the firearm would only function with a magazine inserted and could not be dry fired without one. No refund has been issued to date, despite your mention that refunds are possible. If a refund had been processed, there would be documentation to support that, which does not exist. I am posting this response simply to ensure the facts are accurately represented. My original review reflects my experience exactly as it happened.
