I don't think they buy back ammunition. You can certainly give them a call though.

What do have? Claiber, brand, quantity, etc?
For example: Federal HST, 40 S&W, 500 rds; or Remington UMC, 9mm, 350 rds.
There certainly may be someone who is interested.

Yes, you can just walk in and ask for some range time. I believe they can offer instruction for new shooters. Not sure of the costs involved.

Yes. And you can rent a gun as well. They don't offer an official gun safety course but the staff is incredibly helpful and they go out of their way to help their customers.
