We bought a kayak at the Manistee, MI Dunhams Store. My husband used it for 20 minutes. It was so tipsy he fell in 3 times. We tried to return it. Nope. You can't return kayaks. They never told us that when we bought it. No signs, nothing. The manager is a snotty brat. So rude. My husband went in. She was rude w him. You can't return guns ...but they have a sign up. The kayak was 419.00. Unbelievable. I went back in to get a way to contact district manager. They took our name and phone number. He never called. There were 6 people in our neighborhood that were going to buy kayaks from you. Not now. My husband was looking at 3 guns you had. Not now. 2 neighbors saw guns they'd like to buy from you. Not now. I'm so mad. I'm telling everyone I know what poor service we received and what happened. I'm contacting the attorney generals office and corporate. I wish there was a negative number I could give. My husband has bought so much fishing gear, hunting gear, clothes from Dunhams. I'm sad.

they sold me a defective chair and would not replace it because I did not have the receipt. The tags were still on, the manager gave me a sickly sweet smile as she refused to exchange it. buyer beware.
