Another patron mentioned that the customer service depends on the day and I wholeheartedly agree! I attended a permit class here back in November 2025 and without getting into too much detail, things did not work out. While the instructor was great and well informed, I wasted money and was misled about what was needed to pass the test out process at the range. I ended up taking a class at a different range and had absolutely no issues with passing. The instructors there were also calm, polite and demonstrated wonderful customer service. In addition to this, I observed a number of male staff here address women as if we are uninformed about firearms, and the condescension in their tone certainly doesn't make us want to spend any money. This is something to improve upon if you want returning customers. It is sad that quality customer service here is subpar and inconsistent. I purchased my first firearm here five years ago and had a way better experience. I have decided to take my business where it is appreciated and valued and hope you all use this review for process improvement.
