So I used to work here and all dog breeds are allowed as long as they are on a leash no longer than 6ft. The leash must me a standard leash, so none of those retractable leashes because some go longer than 6ft. Dogs are asked to be people and pet friendly and if the causes too much commotion or becomes aggressive we ask you to remove the dog from the building.

You shouldn't have been charged tax on clothing. If you bought something else besides clothing that might be where the tax came from. But I have no idea what you purchased so if not I would take it back and get your money back.
