WALMART #92 Aurora - Hours, Reviews & Deals

NO accountability, pay for a "premium" service and get far less than premium. Delivery drivers not who phone notifications tells you is delivering and yet the driver was not who was said to be delivering. And you suggest for an additional amount that I can have groceries brought into my home and put away???? Not on your life! You don't even know in some cases (proven) who is delivering. then for this premium service you get to have items missing, never show up at all, but you do get a lovely photo of your product sitting somewhere on someone's porch which is not yours!!! This last issue with this delivery has been the final straw. I will not pay $98.00 for something you are not able to deliver benefits of said program. App is somewhat unstable most time as it was for this last two orders, forcing two orders in place of one! App reflected product sold out until I separated orders. Then Supervision told me on phone that product was not delivered because of "missing parts" ??? was it shipped that way? and why? or who opened to find missing parts???? sounds like a bunch of smoke to me! I pay on time and expect services I pay for to be on time ALSO! They were able to do nothing for me, this includes conversations with supervisors and multiple phone reps. Done.....

Never will go here again, after their new policy, who wants to get watched like a hawk at this place, I certainly don't also not to mention my online account got suspended even thought I never tried to defraud them in any manner, but they are plotting their own downfall.
