I did not see a line winder in Bass pro. That is something offered as a service at smaller stores. They like to sell you the reel and offer spoiling if you buy.
Normally if you bring yours in they will respool it but you need to leave it with them for a couple of days.

I think if you go over to the catalog outlet store where they rework the fishing reels I am pretty sure the do it at least I saw the machine they use there, ps world fishing fair is this week I bet you can get it done there but go to YouTube they have good instructive videos it is not hard but there are certain things you can do to make things work better almost all fishing line has memory so it is important to do it right to get optimal performance
