They were polite at first but we were not on the same page apparently. I thought they were going to do a grip reduction on my Glock, however the backstrap was not filled in and Dremeled away. The beaver tail has so much texture that it would draw blood if I shot too much. I decided to give them another try and left 4 frames for them to do the same thing they did with the first gun and asked them to at least attempt to do the proper grip reduction. 9 weeks later I picked up the frames that were untouched. I called them and was told that they usually take 4 weeks so I didn’t bother to mention that I waited 9 weeks for nothing. I was also told that there’s no way to fill in the backstrap with polymer and Dremel it down so I told him that I had several done in 1990. I can’t recommend this gun store for quality work.

Staff is friendly. But the reason this place doesn’t get more stars is I have done business with them several times before with a good experience. I needed to go in today and get some ammo and had an interest in trading for a new gun. One of those I wanted to trade was a gun I purchased from them two years before. They had a very low selection of guns in stock. They also did not have the ammo I was looking for. When I mentioned the guns I wanted to trade I was pretty much told to pound sand. They refused to even consider what I had. I’ll go elsewhere who will be more considerate of returning customers.
