Walmart Supercenter NEOSHO - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Last night 2/09/26, I desperately needed my tire fixed, it was getting late so I called the Walmart service center and the young man said if we got there by 7:00 we could get our tire fixed, we got there at 10 til 7, this young man was so nice and professional. The two techs out in the shop were also very nice, my husband and I were treated so well and we truly appreciated it. These three young men are truly know customer service and that is rare these days.

I recently visited this store for shopping and had a really great overall experience. I ran into some issues during my purchase and had to call the product’s customer care team for assistance. Unfortunately, the product customer service team was rude and not very helpful. However, the Walmart associate, Angel from the Electronics (iPhone sales) department, completely turned the situation around. She went out of her way to help me, took the time to calm me down, and spent over an hour assisting me with my purchase. Her patience, professionalism, and dedication truly made a difference. Kudos to Angel! I’m very grateful for the exceptional support she provided.
