MIDWAY USA Rocheport - Hours, Reviews & Deals

Ordered $50 worth of ammo that got delivered to the wrong address by UPS. I have been on the phone all morning trying to get it worked out. I have called UPS, Extend who is the INS on the shipping and MIDWAY USA. Each company is pointing the finger at each other. This burden should never be passed on to the customer. As it stands MIDWAY USA say there is nothing they can do. Told me to call UPS back again. Let me explain how this should go for the dumb people in the corporate offices of MIDWAY USA. I ordered a package I am the customer it was never delivered due to no fault of mine. I call you and report the problem. You replace the item or refund my money, and YOU go after UPS. You do this because you want me to have a pleasant experience with your company, so I come back. Commonsense, I will never use your company Again and urge others to do the same. There are better companies out there....

I've ordered plenty of stuff from MidwayUSA every time I've ordered from them, I've never had an issue. It's always been quick fast and hurry unless it's on back order. And even then the customer service and everything has been spectacular bear. My go to place to get stuff. I need especially burris scopes. Ammo little odds and ends for my guns. Most of the time, if I can't find it.Anywhere I can normally find it at MidwayUSA and every time that I've called their customer service, they were nice, polite, help me the best way that they could.
